Bulk way to delete all master skills for all students

As of right now, editing a student's skill in bulk is not an available option due to it being specific to the student. However, we would love to see this a option as we use the same skills each new season and some kids are showing marked as they mastered a skill or goal in the prior season.

We would like that each season was new that the prior master goals did not follow the student. It is alot of work to remove them indavidually.
