send email , text etc. notification by transaction code

ability to send notification instead of just who owes a balance but to be able to choose from transaction codes for example "for costume balance" or for any other transaction codes you have set up- right now you have to send to ALL who have a balance. be good to be able to isolate as sometime we just need to send to those who owe for a specific transaction code

    ability to choose by t code so if no balance for a code im not sending to every customer with a balance causing customers confusion thinking they have a due balance when certsin codes may not be due until much later .
