Edit appointments instead of canceling. Especially when they are recurring appointments it creates ALOT of work when having to reset them for a minor change. We used square appointments for so long and it made things a lot more simple but we prefer it to be integrated into DSP of course. I would advise the team to use Square appointments as a model. Also ability to create recurring appointments that can be weekly, bi-weekly, ect. And the ability to make a change to one of these recurring appointments and not effect the whole series. For example a time change would super easy.
