Post Tuition Option in Student/Parent Profile

Instead of having to use the 'uncheck' system when needing to only posting tuition to one (or a few) account/s, can we have it set-up similarly to the 'Send Statement' option - where you can do this through the 'uncheck' system, but it is ALSO available for us to charge the individual parent/student their tuition fees when in their profile.
