It would be great if teachers received an automated reminder email by the next day if their roll is incomplete. I am constantly reminding teachers to mark or complete their roll so if DSP could have a virtual assistant type set up whereby teachers allocated to a class receive the reminder it would streamline this important aspect of running a studio.
Right now, we're relying on someone manually checking on whether the teachers marked roll or not and it is tedious. Maybe have a setting where teachers get reminded x hours after their class ended before reminding them via email? or remind all teachers who havent taken attendance after x o'clock every day?
YES! We have dance exams and attendance information is critical for us - our students need to take a certain number of classes before they are eligible for the exam.
Yes... also if in the Class Manager the button could turn a different color once attendance is completed so it is easy to tell like on the Class Dashboard (which not everyone has access too).
