Have the option to note if someone already has a costume and does not need to be charged again

We do 2 recitals a year and reuse costumes for some classes that are in both our winter and summer shows. It would be good to have the ability to not post a costume fee to everyone's account in the class and only those who need it (new to class, studio, etc.)
