Area to Enter a Reason for No Class Date

Add an area to enter a reason for the No Class Date... Snow Storm / Ice Roads / Plumbing Issues / No Teacher Present / etc.... This helps when reviewing dates why there was no class on that specific date... I credit classes back that are cancelled for reasons other that inclement weather.
