Have the Ability to Reorder waiting list

It would be wonderful if we could reorder children on the waiting list. We give waiting list priority to currently enrolled families and siblings, it would be nice to move them to the top of the waiting list. Also, I made an error and deleted the first person on the waiting list. I was not able to add them back to the top of the list; it put them as number 30 on the waiting list. It would be nice to have the ability to move children up or down on the waiting lists.
