Drop down menu for reasons as to why students are dropping classes

We would love if there could be a drop down list of possible reasons as to WHY a parent is dropping a students class. Eventually we could run reports as to the reasonings, so we can see the rise and fall of reasonings WHY students are leaving classes - whether it be coaches, other sports/activities, finances, etc.
