Confirmation for pending registration

Recently realized that when I accept/add pending registrations to classes so they show up on the roster, but have not paid yet (many of my parents pay via payment plan with post dated cheques) they are not getting class confirmation emails. I did not realize this until parents were telling me they had no idea their registration had been completed or received our confirmation which includes important info to prep for a student's first class. It would be great if adding students that were pending to a class would trigger an automated confirmation. It would also be great if you could automatically see if a student had received a confirmation so you were sure that one had gone out.
