Report that lists in which class the student is making up

Having the date the student is making up a class is certainly helpful. However, it would be much more helpful to list the class and class time, in addition to the day, of the student's make-up class.

We often have more than one of the same class on the same day, i.e. Pre-Ballet and Tap, Wed, 2:45pm and Pre-Ballet and Tap, Wed, 6:15pm. Our classes are full, and we cannot schedule more than one make-up student per class, and not having all of the information we need in one place hinders us from having timely customer service.

Currently, the only place that I can figure out where to see which make-up class a student is scheduled for (and I've looked everywhere!) is to go to the student account, go to absences, match the make-up date with the absence, click on "Edit Make-Up," and see the class where they are making up.

This process takes entirely too long when I'm trying to do this on the phone with one parent and two more are waiting to do the same thing.

Please create a similar process or a more helpful, complete report.
