Absence Notification To Teachers For Class When Submitted By Parent In Their Portal

Would like to propose having a setting where teachers will receive an email notification for when a parent enters an absence in their portal. Similar to when a parent schedules a private lesson or appointment it goes to the teacher too. We know it shows up on the attendance in Class Manager, but it is helpful for teachers to know in advance if dancer is missing, whether planned or unplanned, to help with their lesson planning should they need to make an adjustment.

Right now the email goes to any admins set up only, so looking to have a setting you can select if you want it to go to the teacher who is set for that class too. My Customer Care Manager right now forwards the email directly to our teachers once it is received or send them a message, so this would help cut out an admin step for us escially if she doesn't see it on time or her shift is over.

But overall it helps for teachers to know right away too so they can plan accordinly vs not seeing it until they are in class taking attendance.
