Constantly getting emails from parents who are having problems logging into their accounts. This causes extra work, but also extra stress when there's a mad scramble when registration opens. I have emails this morning from angry parents who got locked out of their accounts and by the time they got in, summer camps were full. Is the security threat so high that parents have to be locked out of accounts for too many incorrect password attempts?
Please implement this idea.
Another suggestion is to make this "Account Locked" status another checkbox in the parent summary page. Similar to "Block Login" or "Active".
