Enable prorated tuition for future drops

Our studio requires a 30 day notice to drop a class. When we autobill for a month, it would be nice if it would prorate for that amount so we wouldn't have to go through all future drops and manually apply the proration.

Appointments to reflect on Student's and Instructor's history/transaction

It would be great to consolidate and track the student's classes and appointments in the history page. This can also help to track the instructor's group classes and appointments as well.
