Attendance Rolls Records

I'd like to know who and at which time an attendance is taken. I'd like to make sure my teachers/staff are taking attendance around 15mins in class.

Put ANY kind of link in Cloud lists

It would be great if we could add ANY kind of link into the Magic Cloud. A lot of us already had lots of images, files and media in other formats/platforms. It's a LOT of extra work to try to bring it over - especially one file at a time - to DSP....

Add a 'Pay Later' option on punch cards

Allow a 'pay later' option on punch cards so anyone purchasing one with check or cash can still add it to their account

View Contact Info of Private Student

Teachers should be able to click into the student who they have an upcoming private with to see their contact info. Similar to how they can from the class roster list

Show new account in history

When a parent registers for a new account, an email is sent, but that email does not show up in history. I want to know when the account was created without having to back through my text messages and entering it in Notes.

Show reason for drop on students portal

Please show the reasoning parents gave when they dropped a class somewhere in the students portal. It is a pain to have to go through all of the dropped emails to find the reasoning.

Apply an overpayment to the entire family not dividing it among individuals

When there are multiple dancers in a family and the family has an overpayment, charge tuition as a family and apply the overpayment to the family balance rather than dividing the overpayment proportionally to each individual
