It would be nice to not have to plug in the hours each time for timecard entry week to week if teachers work regular hours. Should be able to modify though if they are out or sub but it would good to have the base hours already in system.
It would be very useful to have a report that calculated each teachers hours they were scheduled to work so we could budget wages costs going forward. Something that could be downloaded into Excel preferably
It would be useful the instructor/teacher roles were listed on the emails that you can send them with their class schedule. As it is now, they receive a scheudle but don't know if they are teacher, co-teacher, assistant, etc.
Please make it so teacher's salary can be based on the number of student present in each class/session/day. In our studio, we pay our coaches based on how many students attend in one class/session/day.
It would be great to track of employees are late, absent, ask for time off have a sub.
Possibly for each class allow the admin to go in and notate that for each staff member.
When I look at the list of classes for one of my teachers (on the summary page of an individual teacher), I can't reorder them. It would be helpful to be able to click the column headings (Class/Days/Duration/Students) and have the classes reorder...
would love to have the note option when adjusting adding to staff timecards from the admin side. Also would like to be able to edit notes. This is helpful to communicate if something was changed/ adjusted by admin and why
