Class start dates for individuals', not just set for class

We have a "futured drop date", but it would be nice to have a "future start date". If a student wants to register now, but does not want to start for a week or two.

Move Position in Waitlist

Sometimes I can't get ahold of a student on a waitlist so I move on to the next student, but want to keep the former on the waitlist. Can you create a feature to move their position in the waitlist rather than delete them? Thanks!
