Have trial students drop off of trial report once they are inactivated
We have a lot of trial students who receive 2 free classes. Once they do not register, for whatever reason, we inactivate them. They do not "fall off" the trial report? They remain and makes for a constant "clean up" battle off the report.
I wish there was a way to hide the "primary doctor" but still be able to see allergies, medications, and special needs fields. We would use the others but don't need to know the primary doctor. Thanks!
It would be really helpful and handy to be able to set a reminder on notes so they can be actioned at a later date (i.e. absences for the next season, to call a parent, to follow up on a previous matter) etc. Thank you.
Right now only primary parent and emergency contact print on Student Information Form. If I have a father, guardian or grandparent, I would also like these to print on their form. I DO NOT want any siblings to print on the Student Information Form...
A way to upload Doctor Release Form, Injury Report or COVID test results to a students account that is also accessible from the iPad class manager for instructors to see with a notification that a new file was added to the students account.
It would be great to add numbers to each row in students tab so that you can quickly see how many students have debt or how many are female or male etc.
Ability to mark absences for an entire class when the studio is closed for a holiday. Currently, we have to mark each student absent individually in order to be able to schedule make ups.
Currently we have to go through every class and individually mark everyone absent. If we had a Studio Closed- Mark all Absent option that would be very helpful
