Feature that allows the ability to email, text a person, there should also be a way to robo call one person in case you want to leave a voice mail to a specific person.

I would like to have the option to check all/select individual trials in a class to email. We have over 200 trials coming to a class in September and have no way to send them emails about their upcoming class.

Being able to choose a category so the appropriate email gets replies. It is frustrating to not be able to categorize some templates as Billing, then have my coworker get all the replies, which she then forwards to me.
