Eg- Send auto emails each week with specific info. Not general followup

When we send an email to parents, we can only attached 1 file to the message and sometimes we need to add at least 2 files. It will be great if we could do it.

I'd love to be able to mass email all that have not completed their registration in the online registration manager.

Only the primary admin can get these 2 types of emails, but as the Office Manager, it would be helpful to me if a 2nd email could also be a cc on them.
