Have the ability to leave notes to staff in different colors. for example notes in green would be for AR. Notes in red for teachers. this way when needing to read notes in a account you can read what applies to you and your job, not having to read...

Allow emails to be copied to more than one account

The owner and I, the office manager would like to both be copied on emails sent from the system so that we can better keep track of communications. At this time robomailer can only be copied to one person.

Robo-Mailer parent: Show Parent's portal, not Add New Family, in left pane

When I'm emailing a parent, I want to be able to quickly navigate to the parent's information on the left pane--see the child's name, age, siblings, etc. Instead, the left pane shows the Add a New Family/Student, etc. panel. I seriously doubt anyo...

Include class info in auto reply for trials - similar to booking a class email

It would be useful if the trialled class info went into the automatic 'thanks for coming' after trialling class email. Similar to that of thanks for registering or booking class email

Be Able to Select and Action Class Trials

I would like to have the option to check all/select individual trials in a class to email. We have over 200 trials coming to a class in September and have no way to send them emails about their upcoming class.

Add TO field in emails CCed to studio

The TO field is not included in emails that are sent out from DSP when the setting is to receive a CC of the email. This makes it impossible to know who the email went to. Please include who the email went to in the copies we receive.

Add ability to send selected waitlist parents link to parent portal

I have a waitlist and I'd like to be able to easily email the parents the link to their portal so they can update their payment information. I don't see a way to do this so am submitting it as an idea.

Provide way to edit one-off email sent to parent with portal link

I want to be able to create one-off emails to parents with their parent links, or maybe just give me the link to paste into an email with their portal link.
