Allow to attach more files to the Robo-Mailer

When we send an email to parents, we can only attached 1 file to the message and sometimes we need to add at least 2 files. It will be great if we could do it.

2nd Email to get "Pending Late Fees" and "New Parent Portal Contact Email"
