Please add an access link for the Studio Cloud in the Communication Templates. I am new to DSP and do a weekly newsletter email and each week, I compose the email, then have to back out of that to go to the cloud to get the link to the logo for it...

Able to identify who "likes" a chat

When a chat is sent to a group it appears that people can respond with a "thumbs up" or other icon. The sender then sees the emoji with a little number representing how many people have responded same but you can't see who responded.

Add DAY to First Class Reminder

Please add DAY to the First Class reminder email. It currently lists location name and time but not the day of the week. I'm trying to use the reminder to be helpful but it creates more questions from parents asking about the day.

Allow emails to be copied to more than one account

The owner and I, the office manager would like to both be copied on emails sent from the system so that we can better keep track of communications. At this time robomailer can only be copied to one person.

Have the actual season on the class confirmation email

On the class confirmation email settings, you choose between 'class, season or term. It would be nice to have the actual seasons in that drop down. Then the starting on date can be automatic for which ever season/term/year is chosen.
