When we add notes to a group of students or parents at the same time, it would be great to also be able to delete these notes all at the same time. If something changes for the note or a mistake is made, we have to then go in and delete each note ...

I would love a place were we could add staff to Group emails.

I'd like waitlist emails and parent emails to go to a "front desk" email address and all the other DSP emails can go to the main/owner email address. Currently the owner has to forward so many emails which is simply inefficient.

When a chat is sent to a group it appears that people can respond with a "thumbs up" or other icon. The sender then sees the emoji with a little number representing how many people have responded same but you can't see who responded.
