I would love a place were we could add staff to Group emails.

I'd like waitlist emails and parent emails to go to a "front desk" email address and all the other DSP emails can go to the main/owner email address. Currently the owner has to forward so many emails which is simply inefficient.

When a chat is sent to a group it appears that people can respond with a "thumbs up" or other icon. The sender then sees the emoji with a little number representing how many people have responded same but you can't see who responded.

The owner and I, the office manager would like to both be copied on emails sent from the system so that we can better keep track of communications. At this time robomailer can only be copied to one person.

Personal assistant templates should automatically include the email signature/footer or at very least give the option to include it, to ensure a streamlined 'brand' and professional look throughought the sytem.
