It will be very helpful if we could add folders to the Manage Templates in Robo-Mailer. Right now we have several Messages saved and it is too difficult to find them. Folders by Categories will be very helpful. Thank you.

There should be a place where we can see ALL emails sent out from the studio via DSP, rather than having to find the recipient(s) first, then clicking "history".

Confirmation texts to teachers reminding them of private lesson or appointments should have the date on the text. It's confusing when teachers recive a text and it only has a time and not a date. It the appointment today? Tomorrow, when?

Love the unlimited files and icloud service. But if you are new to DSP you may have many or thousands of files to store. We need a way to upload more than one file at a time. Anything would better then one file at time.
Would it be possible to add a photo without hosting it on another source? It makes it so complicated and I end up having to email from my personal email for a simple task.
notify only those who have balance in a particular transaction code
It would be useful to narrow down notifications to only those that owe for a specific transaction code. To send to all with balance is not useful because some charges might not be due yet. Please this would be an awesome feature
