Online Registrations Pending sort by date

It would be great to be able to sort the online Registrations Pending by date. It means we could offer positions to the families who sign up first.

In order for students to register for the Team, they must also register for certain classes, depending on their level. I'd like an an option to use "OR" instead of "AND"

It would be nice to have multiple registration emails or class specific emails at the time of registration. For example, a different registration email would apply to camps versus normal dance classes
