Option to turn off email notice for Student Check-ins.
It would be helpful to be able to change the email settings for Attendance/checking in. Each time a student checks in we receive an email notification. Having the option to turn this off would be great, because it is a lot of emails each day!
Right now when you check in all the boxes are checked, so it would be nice to change it so all the students are unchecked. Because we don't usually check everyone in all at once. Or even an "Uncheck All" button would be great too.

Add Registration fee and other fee to registration manager
When a teacher signs a student up for their class, it should automatically add the registration fee and other fee that get added when registered through the registration manager.
