More options for promo codes

It would be useful if promo codes could be applied to more than just tuition, like for dance cards for example.

Dance Card Available Through Point of Sale

We would like to be able to sell a dance card through the Point of Sale option, so we can control it on our end. Seems like it should be able to be added as an item since it's under the products and services option anyways.

Dance Card used for Appointment Bookings

Students can book studio space for $5/30 minutes but I’d like them to be able to purchase a dance card so they can use a punch for booking and get the last booking free. So instead of $50 for 10 appointments the card would cost $45.
