Trial Scheduled email to Show Date of Trial

The system email we get when a student/parent schedules a trial should say the date that the trial is scheduled for. Right now it only says the date they submitted for the trial.

An option to show the class start and end dates on the live schedule.

For example, our summer season has different dates for our camps than the regular season dates. When adding the live schedule to our site it would help for our students to be able to see when the class starts and when it ends.

Co Teacher for roll marking

Automatically put the admins in as co teachers so that they can mark the roll if they need to

Child's DOB on list of trial students.

When I check in the trial list within classes it would be so helpful if it showed the childs age without me having to go into their details to check. New trials are grouped within their class by age so this would save me a lot of time. Thank you

Drag and drop a class in the calendar will change the date/time for that class instead of going in and having to update it manually.

You can drag and move private lessons, so it would be nice to drag and drop a class in the overall calendar.

Button for adding a class on a certain date.

Just like a button for dropping a class, I would love a button to add a class on a certain date.

An easier way to add many goals at once to a class

Instead of finding each goal one by one in the drop down list, it would be great to be able to see all goals and check off the ones you want to add to your class, all at once.

Please add the ability to add extra classes to multiple classes at the same time.

This would be great to putting rehearsal schedules and other studio events into the portal calendar.

adding emails to rosters

Just like we can add the emergency contact to rosters, it would be nice to have the email addresses on the rosters as well.
