Add a Start & End Date for "Stop Post Tuition"

It would be helpful to add a start date and end date to the "Stop Post Tuition" if a parent wants to freeze their account.

Currently, its not possible to let parents choose the payment options. It would be nice to either let them pay 100% up front or (those who prefer monthly) let them choose autopay and be charged monthly.
